Representation of clients in the areas of Criminal Defense and Personal Injury is led by Attorney Tawanna K. Morgan. 

     Attorney Morgan began her legal career as an esteemed member of The Davis Bozeman Law Firm, PC, where she practiced criminal defense and personal injury for nearly 8 years and was the firm's Senior Associate.  Attorney Morgan switched from a successful career in engineering to the field of law due to a passion for the community's need for an advocate.  It is Attorney Morgan's belief that those persons who are often forgotten about because they live within the margins of society, whether due to their socio-economic status, race, gender, etc., deserve a level of representation which will make these same individuals visible to society.  It is this belief that fuels the level of passion that Attorney Morgan has for her clients and allows for her to do more than represent... but to truly advocate on her clients' behalf.   Attorney Morgan strives  to be, as described by Dr. Martin Luther King in his Feb. 4, 1968 sermon Drum Major Instinct, a "drum major for justice ... and for righteousness (because) all of the other shallow things [do] not matter," seeking "greatness," not in man-designated status, but in her service to community.
